Community Guidelines

ViVaLiVe is a live music platform connecting artists, bands, venues, and fans. To ensure all users can enjoy their music activities safely, we have established the following Community Guidelines. These Guidelines form part of the Terms of Service.
1. Respectful Communication
ViVaLiVe supports diverse music activities. Please treat all users with respect.

| Encouraged | Positive exchanges about music activities, collaboration proposals |
2. Accurate Information
To maintain platform trust, please register accurate information.

| Prohibited | Registering non-existent venues or false address/facility information |
| Prohibited | Posting false event information |
| Caution | Leaving outdated information (inactive profiles, etc.) |
| Encouraged | Regular updates to profile information |
3. Performance Slot Transaction Etiquette
Performance slot transactions are a key feature of ViVaLiVe. Please maintain fair trading practices.

| Prohibited | Repeatedly cancelling purchased slots without valid reason (habitual no-shows) |
| Prohibited | Listing slots with false information (fake venue details, dates, conditions, etc.) |
| Caution | Listings with unclear cancellation policies |
| Encouraged | Listings with detailed conditions (PA equipment, rehearsal time, etc.) |
4. Spam & Promotional Restrictions
Excessive promotional activities are restricted to maintain platform health.

| Prohibited | Advertising products or services unrelated to the Service |
| Caution | Sending identical messages to many users |
| Encouraged | Personalized collaboration proposals after reviewing the recipient's profile |
5. Content Appropriateness
Profile images, band photos, event images, and other content must comply with the following standards.

| Prohibited | Violent, sexual, or discriminatory content |
| Prohibited | Content that infringes others' copyrights (unauthorized photo reproductions, etc.) |
| Prohibited | Content that promotes illegal activities |
| Encouraged | Original activity photos, live performance photos, artist photos |
6. Reporting
If you discover activities or content that violate these Guidelines, please use the reporting feature. You can report from the flag icon on each profile page or event detail page.

| Impersonation | Accounts pretending to be other artists or bands |

| Copyright Infringement | Unauthorized reproduction of photos or music |
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken based on the content. Please note that repeatedly filing false reports is a prohibited activity.
7. Enforcement Actions
When guideline violations are confirmed, the following measures are applied progressively based on severity.

| Level 4 | Permanent account suspension |
In cases of severe violations (criminal activity, serious harassment, etc.), immediate action may be taken without going through progressive stages.
